Website and waitlist notice · September 12, 2026. OdoPad is the project’s current working name. This notice covers this website and its waitlist; the mobile app has separate privacy information.
What the form collects
When the waitlist is open, a submission contains your email address, optional phone-platform preference, and explicit consent to occasional OdoPad development and launch emails. The service records the submission time, the consent-notice version, the Premium launch-offer version, and a one-way digest of an internal request identifier used for safe retries.
Email addresses are stored in lowercase. No password, payment information, mileage, routes, or other app records are requested. You do not need to save a code to unsubscribe.
Where the information goes
The website and waitlist use OdoPad’s Google services. Firebase Hosting receives requests to odopad.com and forwards them, including submitted form information, to Cloud Run. Cloud Run serves the website and processes the forms; Firestore stores signups. The project operator and authorized administrators can access the subscriber list. Google and its subprocessors process data under the applicable Firebase and Cloud terms.
Google receives network and service metadata when you visit, including information such as IP address, request time and browser information. Google-controlled logs, replicas and operational copies have their own retention and deletion behavior. The website code does not log email addresses or form contents.

Your launch offer and emails
Submitting this form does not send a confirmation email or verify control of an email address. Everyone who joins before the app launches will receive a code by email when the app goes live. Redeem it within 60 days of that launch email for 30 free days of Premium, starting when you activate the offer. The app is still in development; the offer is saved with your signup and does not activate a subscription today.
The list also supports occasional development and launch updates. The planned sender and current contact inbox is vehentraapp@gmail.com. Automatic Gmail delivery is not connected to this form. Code delivery and redemption will be provided for app launch; a launch date has not been announced.
Retention and removal
We keep active signup and offer information for launch-code delivery. After the launch email is sent, we set the record to expire at the end of its 60-day redemption window. You can remove your signup earlier using the form below. Google’s automatic expiration process removes expired records asynchronously, so deletion is not instantaneous. Provider logs, backups and replicas may remain under Google’s policies.
Enter your email below to remove the contact, consent and stored offer details from active signups for that address. Before code delivery, this also means we can no longer send your launch code. Removal does not verify inbox ownership. A minimal removal event retains only the internal request digest, removal time and expiration time for up to 12 months, subject to the configured expiration process. This prevents a delayed retry from restoring the removed signup. The response does not reveal whether an address was on the list. Provider operational copies follow Google’s retention policies.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, successful waitlist signups, sample PDF downloads and Amazon logbook clicks. Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Decline has no effect on joining or leaving the waitlist. You can change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of either page.
When allowed, Google and its subprocessors receive these events, a cookie-based browser identifier, browser/device information and network information such as your IP address. Authorized Analytics administrators can view the resulting reports. We send fixed page titles and paths, selected campaign labels and recognized referring website origins. We do not send your signup email, form contents, app records, arbitrary URL queries or referrer paths. Automatic form tracking, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Your browser remembers the analytics choice for up to 180 days when storage is available. Analytics cookies also have a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days. The Analytics property uses two-month event-data retention; aggregated reporting and Google's operational copies can have different retention. Analytics is optional and may be blocked by your browser, so reports do not count every visitor.
Choosing Decline later stops future analytics and removes this site's first-party Analytics cookies; the page reloads to unload the Google script. This does not erase information already sent to Google. We do not connect Analytics to your waitlist email. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Browser preferences are separate for odopad.com and the original Google-hosted address. Visiting the new address asks for an analytics choice again; we do not transfer a browser identifier between the two addresses.
Cookies and external links
Beyond your analytics preference and optional Analytics cookies, this website stores no signup information in your browser and adds no advertising pixels or third-party fonts. Google Cloud still receives the operational request information described above even when analytics is declined. Following an external link, including the Amazon logbook link, takes you to that provider's site and policies.
App records are separate
Joining this waitlist creates no mobile app account and uploads no app record. The current app’s manual recordkeeping operates locally. Optional maps and development cloud work have separate data flows, described on the app overview.
